An Inter KLE BBA Colleges Management Event. The event provided the exposure about various areas of management events like Marketing, Finance, HR, Crisis, Communication, Quiz and Team Work to participants of all the Eight BBA colleges of KLE Society from Hubballi, Gadag, Ranebennur, Dharwad, Chikodi, Athani, Nippani and Khanapur.

The Gladiator – Best Manager Event for all the KLE BBA College Students. In this event from each BBA college Five students participate and race for the Best manager Post. The aim of this event is to identify the student with the traits of a good manager. It also aims to find out how he demonstrates the skills, knowledge and talents of a good manager. It further tests him on how he uses the strategies to solve the problems. Total 55 participants continuously played various rounds for 36 hours. The event was concluded with Final round – Stress
Interview.

GENESIS is a National level management festival organized annually by the department only for first year BBA / BBM students from all over the country. Participation in Genesis is the introduction of the students to the world of management festival, so that they get the exposure on various aspects of Management like Planning, Organizing and Decision Making. And also learn Crisis Management, Stress Management, etc. First time Genesis was started in the year 2007 and subsequently conducted in the year 2010 and 2012 also.

BIZWHIZ is a National level management festival for BBA / BBM students from all over the country organized annually by the department. This provides the students the practical exposure in various aspects of Management like Planning, Organizing and Decision Making. Besides students get to learn Crisis Management, Stress Management and Fund raising for the event. The department had organized BIZWHIZ in 2016, 2014, 2012, 2010, 2007, 2006, 2005, 2003 & 2000 respectively.

The Students through their persistent efforts won Several number of General Championships and along
the way scored a “Century” of General Championships.

1. General Championship at “Niravana” organized by St. Joseph’s College Calicut, Kerala

• Adarsha Gulabani, Raashi Shirguppi, Sneha Malkari and Yashika Jain won the
  first prize in HR,
• Naman Jain, Kaushal Ladhad, Ruchi Porwal and Sohail Karwar won the second
  prize in Best Management team event,
• Ariyan Dharwadkar won third prize in Virtual Game and
• Divyesh Thakkar won third prize in photography event.

2. General Championship “Inflore” organized by Raajgiri College of Commerce, Kochi,
Kerala

• Mohd Sameer Sanaullah, Sagar Mahajan, Shrihari Kakade and Ariyan
  Dharwadkar won the first prize in Marketing.
• Nikhil Karwa and Rajat Modi won the first prize in Operations.

3. General Championship at “Revaloysius”organized by St Aloysious College, Trisur, Kerala

• Raashi Shirguppi, Vaishnavi Kulkarni, Shruti Hangirgekar, Sanket Satardekar
  won the 1st Prize in Theme Game
• Pruthvi Balekundri, Kaushal Ladhad, Abhishek Sharma, Nomaan Syed won the 2nd Prize in Best Management Team.

4. General Championship at “Odyssey” organized by Saraswat College, Goa

• Naman Jain won the first prize in Finance.
• Himanshu Chaturvedi won the second prize in Best Manager.
• Aditya Shetti won the second prize in Marketing.

• Rajat Modi won 2nd Prize in Finance

• Entire team won 2nd Prize in Team work event.
