The KLE CBALC LEAD CELL inaugurated its 10-Day Vocational Training Program – “YASHASWINI-3” for Women on Embroidery, Cushion Making, Thread Bangles, and more, on [9 December 2024] at 9:30 a.m. at KLE CBALC, Belagavi.
The event commenced with a prayer and invocation, followed by an orientation session on the Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY), highlighting the importance and benefits of skill training for women. The inaugural day continued with the first hands-on session in embroidery skills, marking the start of an enriching learning journey.
Chief Guest Mrs. Sumeti Shirgaon inspired the participants with her motivational address on building confidence through self-drive, initiative, and skill development, emphasizing the value of self-employment and empowerment.
Dr. Soumya Naik delivered the welcome address, Ms. Ramya Vernekar introduced the Chief Guest, and Mr. Raghunandan Konda proposed the Vote of Thanks. The program was gracefully hosted by Ms. Ravish Fatma and Ms. Preet Jamnani.
The inaugural ceremony saw enthusiastic participation from trainees, LEAD CELL student members, organizers, and volunteers, setting a positive tone for the days ahead of creativity and learning.

Our enthusiastic student mentors — Mahesh Gunda, Deshna Porwal, Gargi Satwani, Shreysht Pattar, and Omkar Koparde — guided school students through hands-on sessions on various AI tools including ChatGPT, VEED.AI, Scholar GPT, Napkin AI, Suno AI, Leonardo AI, and Canva.
