Workshop on Personal Financial Planning

KLE CBALC LEAD Cell organised “Quizathon”

A quiz competition for the Government School students at Mahantesh Nagar, Belagavi, on 13th August 2024 as part of 78th Independence Day celebration initiatives.
Sixty plus students participated in “Quizathon” which represented the theme “Incredible India”. Winners were awarded with the medals.

We were thrilled to host Kwality Feeds Pvt. Ltd. and Angel One for an exclusive campus recruitment drive at K.L.E. Society’s College of Business Administration, Lingaraj College, Belagavi.
Our students showcased their talents, engaged in insightful discussions, and competed for incredible career opportunities with a leading company in the industry. It was an inspiring day filled with potential and ambition!

Day 1 of Shubh Aarambh – Orientation Program for the New Batch of Students.
Resource Person 1-Mrs. Sandhya Sherigar
Mrs. Sandhya Sherigar organized an insightful Icebreaker Session focusing on the practical aspects of their course. The session highlighted the importance of effective communication and body language in the business world.
Resource Person 2-Mrs Ashwini Patil
Mrs. Ashwini Patil led an engaging session on critical thinking for our students. The session focused on enhancing analytical skills, encouraging students to approach problems with a strategic mindset and think beyond the obvious.
Resource Person 3 –Prof. Vibha Hegde
Madam spoke on College rules and regulations, methods of assessments. She also gave insights on SEP structure which will be followed for the academic year for first year students.

Ms. Natasha Ajgaonkar for organizing an incredible session on mental health awareness for our students. The session included insightful discussions on the importance of mental well-being, followed by a calming meditation practice and engaging activities that left everyone feeling refreshed and empowered
Resource Person 2 – Mr. Varun Naik
Mr. Varun Naik, a distinguished alumnus of our college, back on campus for an interactive session with our new batch of students. He shared invaluable insights about life at CBALC, offering advice on navigating academic challenges, making the most of college opportunities, and building a fulfilling career.

Today, we had the privilege of attending an insightful session on leadership and team building led by Mrs. Rashmi Pawar. The session was engaging and interactive, featuring a role-play activity that helped us understand the importance of teamwork and effective leadership skills
Resource Person 2 – Ms Sushma Bhat
We had the pleasure of learning from Ms. Sushma Bhat today, who delivered an enlightening session on the importance of interpersonal skills and being an effective communicator. Madam emphasized how crucial strong communication is in both personal and professional settings.
