Our College organised a seminar “Power Is Within You” on Mental Health and Power of Positive Thinking through Happy Thoughts Foundation for the second year students.

Resource Person:Mr.Manoj M Ghaisas
Mr.Manoj M Ghaisas from Happy Thoughts, addressed the students on realising their inner power that helps to overcome the problems associated with Overthinking and on how to balance relationships, career and self.
The session ended with a 15 minutes meditation process, that helped them to realise the impact of Meditation.The 1st batch of 47 students attended the session.
