Prof. Prachi Kadam

Prof. Prachi Kadam is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA). She holds a Master of Commerce (M.Com.) and has experience in both academia and the industry. Prior to joining the institution, she worked in the EdTech sector, where she trained MBA aspirants in Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI) skills. Her teaching focuses on interactive learning through case studies, classroom discussions, and real-world examples, helping students develop communication, and managerial skills for successful careers.
