Dr. Gloria Antonitta Lobo is a result-driven professional with a unique blend of industry and academic experience. With a strong educational foundation, including a Ph.D. in Management, she has actively taught MBA students, guided them on various projects, and contributed to their overall development. Her corporate background includes roles in operations and customer experience in the MEENA region of Dubai, where she gained deep insights into CRM, ERP coordination, and client satisfaction. She has published and presented several research papers and attended national and international conferences, including at IIM Kozhikode. She has also cleared several NPTEL Certifications and 3 Google certifications from top reputed Universities. She is a passionate academician, committed to teaching, research, and student mentorship.

She is a Psychology Graduate with certifications in German Language and Digital Marketing & Communication. She has 12 years of diverse professional experience across education, technology, e-commerce, and the creator economy.

She has worked with leading organizations including LinkedIn and Amazon, where she gained expertise in social media, customer experience, and operations. At Volkswagen India, she contributed as a German Translator Intern.

Currently serving as a Placement Officer and Faculty at KLE Society’s College of Business Administration, Lingaraj College, Belagavi, she plays a key role in corporate outreach, placement strategy, and student readiness initiatives. She also conducts workshops on LinkedIn branding, communication skills, and digital presence, enabling students to align with industry expectations.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and a Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Finance and Human Resource Management from Visvesvaraya Technological University. She brings with her a strong academic foundation in Commerce and Management

Dr. Pooja Vernekar holds a Ph.D. on “Perception and Behavioural Analysis of Mutual Fund Investors: A Case Study of Belagavi District”, from Rani Channamma University, Belagavi, and has qualified UGC-NET and KSET in Commerce. She brings with her over 3.7 years of teaching experience, having worked at JGND Bharatesh College of Commerce and KLE Society’s Lingaraj College of Commerce, Belagavi. She has contributed extensively to academic research through numerous UGC-Care and peer-reviewed publications, and has actively presented her work at several National and International conferences

She is Graduate in management with an MBA in Finance.
She has 10 years of work experience comprising of 5 years of industry experience and 5 years of teaching experience. She has worked with Infosys. Pune, Mysore and Bangalore in the area of payroll, full and final settlement etc (CAG) corporate accounting group.
Registered Ph.D. in finance under Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belagavi.
She has published research papers in various Journals having ISBN and ISSN No.

She is a Biotechnology Graduate with MBA in Human Resources. She started her career as an IT recruiter with CareerNet Consulting Private Limited and closed niche positions for MNCs like Qualcomm, Intel, and Broadcom in the semiconductor sector. She then worked with Newwave Computing Pvt Ltd as an HR business partner for a team of IT service engineers and handled the end-to-end HR lifecycle. As a learning and talent development consultant, she had been associated with the TVRLS team for over 2+ years and has been assisting in designing and delivering assessment and development centres. She has also completed a Certification Course in Designing and Implementing Assessment Development Centres.

She is a Commerce Graduate with MBA in Finance and Marketing.
She has completed her Bachelors in Commerce. She has done her Masters in Business Administration in Finance and Marketing. Her area of interest lies in Marketing and General Management.

A Commerce graduate with an MBA in Marketing & Finance and an M.Phil in Management, he brings 18 years of professional experience, including 8 years in the Industry and 10 years in Academia. In the Industry, he worked as a SAP Consultant, specializing in the implementation of Material Management (MM) and Production Planning (PP) modules, and along with experience in the logistics sector.

Transitioning to Academia, he has spent a decade in teaching and institutional administration, with expertise in academic planning and monitoring.

She is a Post Graduate with MBA in Human Resource Management and Marketing. She has 8 years of corporate experience, consisting of 8 years into Talent acquisition and 3 years into Generalist roles. She has worked with product based companies like Asteria Aerospace, Mouser Electronics – Bangalore.

She is a Science Graduate with MSc in Statistics and a course certification in Data Analysis. She has 1 year of teaching experience.
